Been here for lunch buffet along with my family , loved the experience ❤️ Food is very good and I would rate it 4/5. However the service is what is best in this place ! They make sure you are very comfortable . The ambience is plain and neat without much frills and the place was peaceful with light music.Keep up the good work and great service.
This time not the food but it’s people are really really warm and have got the real sense of what service is! Special recommendation for one of their f&b staff Aritra Chakraborty. The food was just fine maybe because their kitchens weren’t fully operational as it seemed. I dropped down the restaurant by midnight and the hotel was a new opening then. Their pizzas, sandwiches, juices were all just fine.
Hi, Myself Avinash Wagh, Working as EHS-Head in CEAT tyre manufacturing industry. I have visited my plant situated at Sriperumbudur in December 2019 and stayed here in Marriott for 4 days. It was a very homely experience as Chef Mr Satyajeet treated me so well. As an ISKCON devotee I prefer Jain food and from morning breakfast to Dinner Satyajeet treated me like a guest in his own house ensuring each and every menu without Onion and garlic served also he offered me new dishes which I have never experienced and yet it was ‘Satwik’ in nature. He had also given me parcel food for my flight and because of him, I can concentrate on my work without worry about my food. Other than food each and every staff is humble and well trained to perform their tasks. All the very best for the management who recruited such gems in your Hotel. Hare Krishna!
Stayed in hotel for a week with complimentary buffet breakfast at OMR kitchen and bar. Food in restaurant was good. One can order variety of dosas and stuffed parathas from live counters. They have freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices too. Restaurant staff are courteous with great service. Overall good experience.
Limited menu. Good food. Nice ambience – Ideal for a discussion or luncheons.Tom yum seafood soup was full of flavor. Chicken tikka was perfect. Meen pollichathu was a let down, when compared to the original dish. Basa is not the fish for pollichathu.Loved the welcome drink. Prawn fried rice and mutton curry was ok.Very Limited desert options.Ambience is very good. Excellent customer service.
Went there thinking of Fairfield hotels ..but this place was a major let down in terms of food. The place was well organized and everything seemed nice. But rest of the things were a let down. The service was very slow. Majority of the good items were either very salty or very oily. Pasta and pastries were very dry. The only good thing was the mocktail they served at the END. Never had this experience before in any of marriot hotels. Not visiting again.
