We went to the OMR branch with family, we are very much disappointed about cleanliness in the restaurant. Near our table, small cockroaches running here and there. Raised a complaint to supervisor, he didn’t tell sorry for that. More over Restrooms are pathetic. Reception area full of dust and broken chairs. Food taste and quality have to be improved a lot if you want to sustain in the food industry. Very Very disappointed. Price of each dish is very costly comparing to the quality and taste of food

Restaurant: RobotLocation : Semmanjeri Ambience: 3/5Maintenance: 2/5Food:4/5Its was really impressive to find a place like this in Chennai So the food is served by the robots they’re automated with sensory motion as in if u stand in front it tells you to “please move you r standing in my way” this was really impressive for the kids Its such a fun for the kids with robots around The menu had asian flavours from thai to chinese So at first the served this mango pickle which was really good Starters:Honey garlic prawns 4.5/5 This was really good that v had to repeat the order Momos 3.5/5Such delicately wrapped with great goodness Thai roasted chicken 3/5Main Course:Chili Garlic fried rice 4/5This was sauted with perfect amount of butter veggies chicken with perfect levels of softnessAmerican Chopsuey 3/5The sauce was really good with flat noodles which was really crispy which could not be consumed as noodles maybe as fryams(appalams)
It was my friend who suggested me with this restaurant and I must say it was a different experience seeing the robots walk around the hotel. It will be a treat to the kids if u happen to drop in the restaurant with them. Food seemed to be ok and the ambience of the hotel gives a good feel for a date with your partner too.
