Horrible and pathetic place I hope they understand the meaning of the word taste . It’s so horrible the food was a major turn off everything was either burnt or spoilt and few very stale aswell. So you can imagine what experience I would have had ? Starters hardly were edible the raw smell from the meat was dominating. I called the person who was serving for our table and requested him to change the starters and bring the new one . He came and took those starters and gave it to another table and he gave us from another stack which was horrible aswell. Main course was not good also no flavor in the biryani horrible spread. Desserts oh god it was a mess aswell nothing was fresh didn’t feel like even having anything. The best part he said he’s got welcome drinks you know what he served us a bloody rasna can you believe it I was shocked !I would never recommend anyone to go to this place.#food – A big zero#service – 2/ 10#ambience – 1/10

Many people writing same thing about veg starter & main course itself but they aren’t doing anything .Zomato got money from this restaurant that’s why it has so much rating (paid promotion) but non veg starter itself is worth.They served very cheap quality drinks. (In buffet)Music was damn bad.Service also okay okay adjustable.There are lot of good varieties in non-veg starter.But you shouldn’t go for rice it’s worst there. ( briyani & fried rice )
This place was chosen after 5 places that couldn’t fit in 30 people in one table.Venue: Pirate Themed Restaurant, on the OMR main road. Neatly decked, it’s difficult to find that the place is just full. Kudos to the one who designed the interior, you have your privacy with the group.Service: Below average. Everything had to be asked atleast 3 to 4 times to get to it delivered to the table. I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes to get a glass of warm water and my welcome drink is another story.Food: Overall an average fare. The starters and the desserts are my favourite part in the restaurant.Starters – Fish was OK, Prawns were the show stealer, Chicken was definitely rubbery. Jamaican Potato, Corn Kernels and Crab – were just like any other resto. Anchovy, was definitely crunchy and yet filled with aroma. Haven’t seen anchovy in any of thr buffet places, yet.Main course – Disappointed totally, there weren’t variety on the Non-Veg section. The container handle were just falling off. Biriyani, was sticky and I couldn’t even find a single piece of Chicken in them. Saving grace was the Noodle, Sea Food Fried Rice and the Murgh Lahori.Desserts – Everything I ate out of my plate was spot on. Fav, was the Jalebi Rabdi. The pirate chocolate was marie biscuit dipped in choco, seriously?!Overall for the theme , the starters and the desserts. This would be the best find in this vicinity next to Barbeque Nation. Black Pearl as the name suggest The Pirate themed restaurant. Was excited to experience something like this, get inside the restaurant and you are amazed with the ambiance its really good and selfie zone is a attraction.Got into table and had a look at the menu, they had a lot to offer but for non-veg . Being a vegetarian i was little disappointed with the offering. Coming to the taste.. its not a place to go to. starters where average and they can offer more, The main course was a huge DISAPPOINTMENT and i did not even had that. Chat counter was okish and pav bhaji needs a lot of improvement. Coming to desert they do have lot to offer but again taste needs a lot of improvements.Overall i was not satisfied with the taste of the food but ya they do have good ambiance if you want to experience.
