we went to the green coconut resort for a day outing. The welcome drink was ok. we spent sometime in the pool before appearing for lunch.the number of items in the lunch buffet disappointed us, with only two items in non veg section (fish fry and chicken biryani. only one variety of soup(veg), paneer gravy, veg gravy, dal, veg pula, rice, rasam, curd rice with some salad(pineapple and cabbage). dessert was only gulab jamoon and vanilla ice cream.but, all the disappointment vanished as they made up with the taste of each item.
The worst resort I have ever been to. The resort does not value its customers which is a primary function for any customer service chain. Probably, the resort staff are dumb enough that they do not understand the meaning of customer satisfaction and service quality. I don’t see the point in the management’s business strategy Owning and maintaining a big resort, employing people and not caring for the customers.I feel that every single penny that has gone out of my pocket deserved a better return. The number one concern is quality of the kit provided – Low class badminton rackets and cricket bats and security cum surveillance – At one point, I was helpless as one of my belongings was stolen and the management did not bother to interrupt and ended up convincing the customers in return. Atleast , the food was decent enough.On the whole, one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I would nominate/ recommend this resort for people who need the not-so-good resorts list and this one would definitely top the charts.
Hi we went on Jan 1st by searching for lunch in Google maps and found this inside a resort. Very nominal price for lunch buffet kids weren’t charged. Though the dishes were simple taste was excellent esp mutton briyani and fish fry. Our kids loved it. The resort was well maintained we had a good time at the lawns and also at the pool. We had wasted our time by searching for resorts only after 2pm we had found a good one. Service was so good and dessert was their special one COCONUT MOUSSE with ice cream
Palmyra had a decent ambiance, happened to experience the buffet of both breakfast and lunch. The spread was short but the taste was good. Service was okay . If the spread is wide it would be really nice.
I went to this restaurant for lunch. The restaurant was pretty small but there wasnt much crowd. The place was clean. They dint take very long to serve the food but wasnt very quick like some restaurants. The food was not bad. The taste was pretty okayish.
