It’s not good. Just average biryani. That coming from a restaurant that specializes in biryani makes it worse. Learn different types of biryani in Tamil nadu. Also give raitha. Not some chutney. Raitha means curd, onion and lime with some spices like green mirch
Very very upset because I never received the parcel. But marked as delivered by itself. No refund or customer support given. Tried to contact zomato and restaurant no response. Very very upset wid zomato and behrouz.
The famous Behrouz Biryani does not live upto its ‘Royal’ tagline and the hype it has received. The outlet takes only orders and there isn’t a dine in option. The rice and masala ratio definitely isn’t the best (depends on personal preference).Almond toppings, appealing basmati rice, boneless meat and amazing packaging, its filled with everything but the goodness in taste you’ll probably expect. Its extremely pricey for the taste and unworthy quantity.
Ordered expecting a lot from this place since I’ve had this both at Chennai and Bangalore. While the Biriyani is decent in taste and quantity and quality is good, I am reviewing this not based on other Coimbatore Biriyanis, but I am comparing the Biriyani I got based on the same Biriyani that I had from its branches in Chennai and Bangalore. P.S I had the Murgh Makhani Biriyani. Being the initial days of its launch in Coimbatore, I am sure they will tweak their Biriyanis to bring it up to par with their branches in other cities. Note to the restaurant – the rice and chicken pieces were fine, just needed more of the gravy/masala.
