Ordered Sev puri today for my sister who have health issue in which she can’t eat onion, so I thought to give the same on instruction to outlet & deliveryman. Outlet is so busy that doesn’t bother to answer my call even after 3 attempts. Same info given to delivery person, but result was pathetic. My sister didn’t taste at it all. In addition to this delivery person come after 75 minutes which were in expectation of 45 minutes. Zomato chat service representative also sets bad example to wait for 10 min more even I waited for 45 minutes + 10 minutes. its feels bad when outlet, zomato valet & chat representatives don’t take thier responsibility as efficiently as they ready to take full amount of thier service charges. Regarding the food taste, it was normal. Zomato should reply into this.
