This was a rooftop restaurant with a nice view. Coimbatore’s breezy climate makes it a great place for a rooftop.The ambience of the place was ok but maybe a tad too dark. We ordered a vegetable casserole, sizzler and plain roasts and all tasted average, nothing out of the blue. The hot and sour soup was nice. The service was slow and a simple coffee took ages to be served. For the price, the quantity was good but the service and ambience should be perked up.
Coimbatore Review #135 Altitude is a roof top restaurant located in the Arcadia hotel complex. I had given my birthday treat here quite sometime back. Too many dishes ordered and I dont remember everything. So I’ll just list out whatever I remember ordering. Nice ambience. Poor service though. Very slow. Decent starters, tried honey chilli potato and golden baby corn. Tried schezwan noodles for main course.. It was bad and I gotta say I’ve had better schezwan noodles in roadside dhabas. Also, I had veg jalfrezi alongside kulcha and pudhina paratha. Only the pudhina paratha was quite good. The jalfrezi was bad and kulcha wasn’t even cooked i guess. Finally tried walnut brownie with icecream. Too much price for the quantity. Not worth at all. Ambience 4/5 Service 2.5/5 Food 2.5/5 Cost 3/5
Myself and my friend came here at mid noon and we enquired the reception about the restaurant opening.We found out that it’s open for service,so we went in and made ourselves comfortable.We were the first one to dine and the steward took our order.We ordered Paneer Tikka,Chikken Biriyani,Rogan Josh and Naan.It was almost 30 minutes and we asked them for the starters but the steward said it’s almost done and it will be served soon.The main course came first and we asked for the starters the second time but we got the same reply.So,we didn’t want to argue anymore and started off with mains.The Biriyani was not that great,the meat should have cooked well some more time.The Rogan josh was good but the naan was more gummy making it hard to chew.Finally our tikka came at the time we finished our mains,it was over cooked and spicy too.The overall experience was not up to the mark,there is more room for improvement in service.

This place is perfect for a small drive and food. The food quality and taste is too good. They offer wide varities of menu in the buffet. Everything is perfect here .
Terrible Wi-Fi which just irritated me to no end and the restaurant served really watery chicken chettinad. Rooms are good, rest keep away from. now.solar
Boutique hotel! Yeah, it is fine. Located in a fine place and ample car parking facility! This is the only plus about the hotel! Poor poor food and surprisingly the bill is very high for the kind of food they provide. No varieties in the menu and the existing food tastes bitter. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It is always better to choose some other restaurants in the Avinashi road than looking for this!
