The flavours are amazing, but they’ve not got the texture of brownie nor donut right. The chocolate donut tasted more like stiff bread. The dough needs to be soft and sticky and after frying the donut should be fluffy. The brownie was more like a thick hard cookie with a chocolate coating. Chocolate Truffle Pastry was a hit for me, but a miss for my friends. In some spots, it contained too much syrup. Overall, it was not satisfactory.
