Had a quick lunch today at SMS in Prozone mall. The restaurant is relatively empty. Placed the order for fish meal combo. The order was taken immediately and taken about 10min to serve the food. It’s an unlimited meal and they served it along with Malabar fish curry. The curry was not that great the other dishes tasted ok.
A perfect place for a good lunch. I rate 5 * for the customer service especially the person who attended was so polite and friendly that he even gave us suggestions of what goes well with the main menu. Chicken monica and pichu Potta pepper chicken was the showstopper among all. The chilly fish was so tender and tatsty but a little flavourless. One can blindly opt for this place for a good lunch with family and friends at a cheaper and best cost.
Okay so sms hotel is not so good for both veg and non-vegetarians ! The quantity is dam less for the price quoted. We do understand that its bit expensive since its inside prozone still its expensive as compared to other restaurants inside prozone. The service is worst none were polite and what ever we ask for will not be available! But the next table people will be served which was told as unavailable for us. Its not worth going here in prozone its better to order in takeaway bay!!!
Not a great fan of eating in food courts at malls, but the Prozone mall doesn’t give you too many options. Though the a/c was bent on giving a wet welcome to us, we skirted that issue and sat down to try our luck with the fish fry and the biryani. Not knowing before hand that the bun parotta was their standout dish, we took a chance and ordered it anyway. We didn’t expect much given that it was, after all, a restaurant in a food court. But the fish was superlative. The biryani was also excellent and the gravy stood out too. Please do try it.
Waiters need to learn what is customer service and politeness. Very slow in taking order and fast in collecting money. Very bad service. Prefer home delivery.
The biryani I had here was one of the worst, it was like tomato rice. It’s a pure waste of money and time. Since it’s in the mall, and only this restaurant provides service to the customer. The crowd was huge on weekends. Stranger’s can sit in the opposite table.
