Visited this restaurant the day before Diwali. This was the very first time we were visiting this restaurant. Although a few items were unavailable which can be understood as it was the festive season. We went with the waiter’s recommendation for soups. Easily the best chicken soup I have ever had – Naatu Kozhi Vadisaaru. One sip of the soup and I was super excited to try more items. Pannai Veetu Naatu Kozhi Varuval had the perfect blend of spices. There was another dish that started with ‘Sera naatu’ – a chicken dish with lots of green chillies and spices (refer image) – easily my favorite after the soup. Meen Pullichadhu was not spicy but it was still good. My parents loved the Garlic Naan and Kadai Veg Gravy. The person serving us was quite patient and thoughtful. We will definitely visit again to try Kaadai items 🙂 Loved every item we had. Must visit 🙂
The atmosphere of the Hotel was calm and it looked great. Its a small sized which can seat upto 20 max at a time i think.Me and my frnd visited here for a dinner and the dishes took us to our grandma days. Not only in the Hotel name they really meant it 80’s Kitchen. We had Mutton leg soup which was so authentic chettinadu dish style and it’s taste attached to the tongue.Quarter Mutton Briyani had some decent pieces in it and once again the taste was so good.We also had Mutton Curry Dosai and Crab Masala. Crab looked fresh and the masala added to it was peppery flavoured and tasted amazingly good.Last but not the least Their special Chilly Chicken, truly there was no words to describe it. Such a heavenly dish.It should be one of the hotels to be visited in coimbatore. If u get a chance don’t miss it.
The alfaham we ordered was almost bland and was lacking flavors. The chicken was juicy and properly grilled.Their customer service is good. They provided us with welcome drinks which was really good.
I had butter chicken gravy and butter naan. Food was superb. Very good ambiance and service. They have wide variety of non veg items. Best place to dine-in with family and friends.
