Authentic Kesar Lassi. Don’t miss if you are going to Sowcarpet to beat the Chennai the heat on Mint Street. Easy to spot as it’s located in a quiet corner with a big signboard.
I strongly believe rating of a place should be based on the qulaity, quantity and rate of the food. All the three have been rightly fulfilled by anmol. Kesar lassi is delight to drink. Despite being a road shop the effort to keep it hygienic is clearly seen .
I have been to this place all most all the time I visit sowcarpet. It is located next to kaakada ramprasad.Kesar lassi, the drink I often prefer from this place. Half glass of kesar lassi is priced as Rs.70. It is more than enough to fill one’s tummy. The thickness of the lassi is to be mentioned specifically. A spoon of milk kova will be added to it where you can find it at the last sip of the drink.VFM: 4.5/5
A well known place near kakada known well for their masala butter milk and kesar lassi. The taste of the lassi is really good and refreshing and you can get that saffron flavor it demands. But for the road side shop it’s over pricey. 70/- for that half glass. 3.5/5
Unhygienic place its on the road next to a garbage bin, glasses not washed peoperly, using ice which is not a good quality, serving with raw and dirty hands, too much dust stays on th glasses. Not even worth a penny for the taste. Too much of online hype ,sure shot u will have health problem next day. Quality is 0 (Zero).
