Prime location but the service was not up to the mark .rude behaviour from the staff. Bar set up is fine but bathroom is terrible .they opens like 10 morning and only for regular customers .we have to wait until 11 to get in while other people get inside easily
t was one of those local clubs in chennai where we guy friends used to drink after our office hours. Beer was more or less same compared to a liquor outlet. Additionally they gave wada and other snacks which made the evening more relaxing. Combo on whiskey was good as well
Overall a good place for chill outs , but I personally had a few issues with the servers so I was not happy . One evening I ordered for a beer and while the server was opening the beer I don’t hear the gas exit from the bottle , there was no fizz at all . I guess it was opened a long back and it was again closed tight for some reason . The server and the manager refused to change the beer claiming that it’s already opened and will not be exchanged . Poor service .
A go to bar if you are gonna catch up the train in next few hours. But we being different people have a different story. Don’t know why in god’s name we went to a bar which is like 25 Km from our place. But the pain was worth it.Like any mid-range bars the comfort level is the best thing. The rule applies to this bar too. In addition to it, it had a DJ playing Tamil songs, “google google” being the highlight with a non Tamilian dancing for it.Coming to the main aspect. Beer was super chilled and the price was nominal. Also there were a number of sides with of course Rasa Vadai. Rasa Vadai does make the bar experience compete isn’t it. We tried to check into the restaurant which is next door without knowing that it’d also lead to the same bar. Awesome place to have a few drinks with friends. First bar in Chennai now and am already surprised they follow tapas system from Spain. Hats off to that.
