I like the hotel due to taste of sambar Idly and mini tiffinfor cost effective and especially for the unlimited meals at affordable priceand near to my house as well. Had Experience by order for our home function, like the quality and quantity they served.
Chindatripet, which is a quite less known area in Chennai, is also famous for it’s variety of food serving outlets..Being situated opposite to the fish market destroys the ambiance. Among all their dishes, i will always go for their piping hot sambhar idli’s and Unlimited Meals at noon..An average, not so appreciated Veg eatery, which is worth a visit.
Shocked to see tis restaurant at Zomato..the location of d hotel is very worst..since it is just opposite to d fish market..it’s not hygienic also.. a hotel for d nearby ppl..
Surprised to see this restaurant when I browsed through in Zomato, guess they are trying there best to get into nook & corner of all the streets in town as well as take in the users feedback to list any many restos as possible. Really a small resto located in Chintadripet’s main road just opposite to the Fish Market!! And indeed a well-known place for most of the residents in this area. The hotel is busy most of the time and it is so small that there is nothing to note when it comes to ambience except the crowd & rapid service. Being near to my house, we get food here most of the time. (a) Resonable pricing and quantity (b) Tastes decent (c) Close by to my home as well as good-one in the area compared to other restos. I do take parcel of my food almost all the time than eating at the resto, as it is crowded during the meal-times and the smell & commotion from the market is not tolerable if you want to eat a peaceful meal. VFM is one thing that makes me buy food here when I couldn’t cook at home. They serve south-indian (tamilnadu) dishes and you as well can get some of the famous chinese & north indian dishes. As far as what I have eaten, I would say the south-indian meals and tiffin varieties, chenna bhatura, gobi manchurian, fried rice, noodles, set dosa with vada curry, naan and paneer butter masala are good when it comes to taste as well as the pricing goes. So this is one such foody resto that serves well for the residents in-n-around chintadripet or those who travel by!! Overall, ambience – I am not considering this as it is mostly chaotic and even I do not prefer eating there. Service – 2/5, taste, VFM, quantity, quality – 3/5. creatikaa.blogspot.com
