Went for a dinner tonyt and totally disappointed with the service . The service was in such a way that they were offering food for free. All items are overpriced . Chicken 65 cost 190rs but the quality is very poor . Chicken briyani cost 210 again its on the down side . Tried mutton kola urandai but I have not seen so tiny mutton balls .
To say the overall experience in one line, it was one of the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. To start off, when we entered, most of tables in the ground floor is occupied (few 8 seaters were empty and we were 3 people) and was asked to sit in the waiting area. All of the sudden a person (should be the owner of restaurant) came and pulled few chairs and made the waiting area as table and asked to be seated. It was like sitting in between the waiting people and the delivery guys, we adjusted with it, but the table was shaky and I asked to fix it, no one responded and I fixed it myself by placing tissue papers folded under the table leg.We were not that much hungry and our order was simple, just a non-veg meal (no parrota’s available in noon) and non-veg sizzler (got it from display in entrance, not available in menu). My wife had non-veg meal and said it was good, all the curry’s and gravies tasted well, but the service was not proper and we have to call them for everything. The worst experience is waiting for sizzler more than 30 mins and finally it came, it was 5 small pieces of tikka (2 pieces only had bone and most of the pieces are burnt), 1 cup of egg fired rice and half piece of naan. The sizzler was 350/- which was heavily over-priced and no way can they justify the price for quality and quantity they provide.It was a learning experience that not to order anything other than south Indian in these kind of restaurants. If you go to this place, just order there non-veg meals or combo meals and then biryani and sides, don’t try anything else and spoil your day.Food – 6/10Price – 3/10Service – 1/10
