Received different cake and completely different product. Really Frustrated. They are not even checking the product before packing. Very Poor service.

what i ve ordered, i got it.. its same as wt i expected.. the writings on the cake was superb..keep it up.
Ok now we ordered butterscotch eggless 1 kg ,not gud,average taste have been ordering cakes since last three years from this outlet,we order generally butter scotch cake for bday n anniversariesI now reduce my rating to jus a three* for prompt deliveryOtherwise inspite of being return customers we haven’t noticed any improvement in preparation or taste, decoration was gud, ordered eggless but cake was smelling of eggs tat spoilt the evening,so don’t order eggless,staff attitude needs improvement,they charge higher than normal for delivery even for short distance of a km, thought it better to order via swiggy or Zomato,but staff reply was gruff so I didn’t take a chance n paid them the delivery charge,matter of fifty rs but felt it was nt justified,a 25 to 30 as a tip was still ok for such a short distance,Ordered was delivered promptly,but will not order here,here after,When a outlet feels there are many customers out there n is nt worried abt customer satisfaction n retention,it fails to realise that it is nt the only outlet there r many others who would welcome the buisness n patronage !!regards
Order : Chocolate truffle cake 1kg. Simply awesome taste and decorating with fresh fruits is nice touch. Packing also nice and hussel free. VFM also
