The 4 stars is because of the amazing service and friendly staff. Food is really good, not great, so the high cost is unnecessary. Ambience is fine. It has survived until now, since there was no competition for them in non-veg restaurants nearby, but now, they have to up their game.

Visited this place for dinner after a review on the newspaper. Nice decent place and it is maintained cleanly. Food particularly non vegetarian dishes were nice. We ordered half tandoori chicken but what came to us was just quarter of a chicken. When we asked them back they did not give a proper response. That was disappointing though it tasted great.
Freshest seafood on Trichy road hands down. The pepper fish is better than almost anything I have tasted before. Service staff is polite and friendly. Very competitive pricing for the quality of food and hygiene. The ambience is clean, doesn’t feel luxurious but would certainly recommend this to others.
DMF is an acronym. I could not remember the full name. I am posting this review for their Ramanathapuram branch(opposite to Alvernia School- have to walk little further to the inside parallel road).I will start with rating and at last will mentioned their first dish i ate.Overall – 4.5/5Hospitality – 4.5/5Ambiance – 3.5/4/5Total Dishes – 7-8Total cost for 3 – Rs. 600/-My Last dish in the platter was their special Kalaki (more than half cooked fluffy egg). A taste of Paanipoori with onion in it was the feel. It tasted really good. second last was Usual Kovai Plain Dosa.Egg Tikka idly – Since idly cannot be barbecued or used in tandoor, it was cut like tikka pieces and a flavour which is used for tandoor is sprinkled to have the taste. it was luscious. indeed a good try. Usually chilli or pepper idly can be made, even chicken masala can be used, but with tikka masala, this should be definitely tried – 5/5Kari dosa – was really good. the stuff in it proves to be really a tasty Curry/kari dosa. – 4.5/5Ring Chicken – Chicken pieces were cut into ring shaped, pieces were not so soft but we can forget the toughness because of the taste it gives. Its bit costlier but as you go in group, you should definitely try out this. – 4.5/5Egg Sevai – I had the best Egg sevai in coimbatore so far. heavenly taste. – 5/5French onion soup – Pathetic. Please avoid soup here at any cost. I really don’t why they have mentioned it in the menu. 1/5. Highly Recommended for families and friends. 🙂
Me and my friend were roaming around trichy road at 10.45 in search of restaurant for a quick bite, saw this hotel and made a visit, the hotel is very small capable of seating just 20 people to the max and was wondering if the food will taste good but when we heard the menu, felt as if we were inside a huge restaurant as they had many varieties of food, we tried chicken kheema dosa and mutton curry dosa, I should say this, the food was sooooo good and that much yummy that it could beat the other huge restaurants with their food. In addition to that, we tried korean stick chicken, when they served it, it looked like a kulfi with some green sweet sauce, but when we started having it OMG it was veryyy delicious that we both had to fight for the last piece. The chicken was chrunchy and was served with coriander curry and garlics and seriously speaking it is a must try sides when u make a visit.Now to talk bout their cost, it is way toooo high but worth the cost.This type of small hotels when serving with such wonderful foods needs a visit from many foodies to cheer them up and establish their hotel.Request to the hotel please try to work on the cost.
