First of all, very easy to spot it !Ice creams weren’t presented in an attractable, apppetising manner. Lacks good ambience. Printed bill wasn’t issued. Only hand written receipt was given.In a very bad shape, needs a makeover.
The icecream varieties were just like any other baskin Robbins ..their new icecream cake rolls tasted really good ..service was poor and the place wasn’t well kept ..they also didn’t have wafflecones and that was a disappointment..not in par with the other baskin robbins outlets
Baskin Robbins is a good small place for ice creams. Ambience is not very well maintained. When we went, the air conditioner wasn’t working and the ceiling was but dusty. Could improve the place even more. Many varieties of ice creams to choose, but over priced. Tasted good. They have waffles but they told it was over when we went. It would be nice if they have such items throughout the day , that too during the crowdy times.
Been there only once and was not happy with the hospitality there. The behaviour of the personnel there was quite laid back. The ambience of the place was dull, which is generally not the case with baskin robbins. The hot fudge was over so we couldnt get. After that experience we never paid a visit to that place. All in all it was a disappointing experience and so will not suggest it to others. I have rated this placs 2.5/5Hope my rating will help the readers
It’s the typical Baskin Robins feel. They’ve got a lot of flavours and is at a good location for a quick ice cream. They have good sundaes too which one can try .
before a month i went to baskins and robbins i stunned that many varieties of ice creams are provided the taste was very marvelleous and the rate was affordable
