Coimbatore needs more of such fine dine restaurantsUsed to love the authentic flavours they had initially, but latelty i gess they changed the cheff like a lot of times and i can see the taste changing from chinese to indo-chineseThe peking duck and chicken in oyster sauce is a must try, the only place where you get real tofu and chinese vegetables.Food 3/5 Ambiance 5/5
Well, a disappointed. We ordered dimsum and it’s not worth the price. 4 small oily dimsums for 400 which is not at all worth. I do understand it’s in the Taj premises but still the quality of the food should be maintained. Alongside, khimchi wasn’t good as well. Later, we ordered sea food rice which was fine. Thanks,Veer
The manager stated they do not engage with Zomato for any kind of deals and they charged me extra from what is mentioned in the menu
Overall experience was okay. Not up to normal Taj standards for food. May think twice about returning. Service was good and waiters were professional.
Great Place but the quantity is little less for the price being charged. Ambience is nice and Red as per the name. Good courteous staff which you will expect from vivanta standards
One of the best restaraunts in the city. The ambience, taste were top notch. Be it the pan fried noodles, pork or duck everything were nothing less than excellent.
Food not upto a Vivaanta standard at all. Actually not even upto the mark of a good Chinese restaurant. Service slow to another level of boredom, until we were ready to walk out. The prawn dimsum took about 45 min to come with a terrible batter coating and over cooked prawns. Kimchi on the table overly overly spiced. No cucumbers and carrots. Just spicy cabbage though we requested for cucumbers as our mouths were on fire. Terrible chicken. Sauce filled with cornflour. Total time spent near to 3 hours with a near to empty restaurant and a small order for 2 people.
