On time delivery
Food was tasty but not hot. Raita and sauce was not enough.
It was an online order and I received it on time, thanks to the delivery guy. I had ordered for BBQ Biryani, Al Faham BBQ, and Naan. The taste was a complete disappointment. I am a lover of Al Faham, and its always served with mayyonaise, pudhina chutney and a bread (roti or naan), however the package had only chicken pieces with nothing else, I don’t know how they expected us to eat those dry Chicken pieces and most of the pieces were of bones, hardly had flesh. Biryani was not at all tasty, it was more of Chinese style chicken fried rice.Disappointing!!!
Food was not delivered hot and it was made ice cold at the time of delivery and biryani was also not upto the mark.Atleast from now ensure whether the food is delivered good or not
