She accepted my order for a batch of cupcakes. During the time of delivery, she didn’t answer my calls nor respond whether she would deliver it or not. Such unprofessionals. Rediculous.
My friend ordered a b’day cake and six cup cakes from here. And she wanted me to write a review about it. So, the things what she told me ;Customer service : i think the service was nice. It’s not excellent, nor is it bad. Neha responds as soon as possible. She is polite and courteous.Cost : i personally felt the price was a bit on the higher end considering the outcome was not satisfactory.Taste : The black forest cake was good in taste. I loved the truffle on the cupcakes.Would i recommend it to someone ? : Maybe.Was i satisfied ? Absolutely not. I was disappointed with their photo sheet cupcakes as it was not what I had expected.
I chose The Cake Studio based on the positive user reviews on Zomato. I placed two orders – one for a giant cupcake and a batch of cupcakes. I shared my requirement over call and whatapp with the proprietor, Neha. Surprisingly on the day of the delivery when I contacted them on whatapp to confirm that i will be making the payment , I was told that the delivery cannot be made due to an emergency. I am not sure of the details of this exigency but the least one would expect as a customer is to proactively informed if the order cannot be delivered. When I checked with them if they can make the delivery the following day, i did not get any response and neither were my calls answered. This was very unprofessional on their part and it has been a thoroughly disappointing experience. I had to look out for alternate arrangements at the last minute. I surely would not recommend their services.
The Cake Studio always comes to my rescue when I need something yummy for a birthday! I have ordered cakes and cupcakes from them so many times, and they never fail to impress me! The best home bakers in town!
The cake was amazing and all ppl loved it.By seeing the cake, my sis birthday girl fell in love with it. Taste was good. Have to try GAINT cup cake soon.ATB.
Ordered it for my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat it given the fact that I was in a completely different continent, and based on the reaction of my wife and in-laws, it was a pretty bad decision on my part to not be present! The cake as I understand was very dense, just as how a truffle should be. Additionally the family LOVED, the icing!!! The texture was slightly dry, but that could have been because of the fact that it was cut and eaten immediately after taking out from the fridge. All in all, a wonderful cake for a wonderful occasion!!!
