@Karkhana Trupthi Tiffin’s & Meals is a paradise for the common man. Excellent Dosas, Vadas, Idlis & Meals, all pocket friendly and great tasting food, your sure to make a daily visit here if not more than once a week! A long standing joint, it has withstood the changes in time.
Tried this place for lunch as didn’t carry lunch from home. This place is located in karkhana opposite to the temple. This is a very simple place with not many options. I chose to have the plate meals which was made up of 1 chapati, cocinea vegetable, potato and beans curry, Dal, sambar, rasam, a bowl of rice and curd. Taste was decent, nothing too flashy. The meals was served hot. Priced at 60 rupees, you get decent quantity of food.

Perfect competition for Sandarshini. Prices are not high and are affordable. Service is slow. I surprisingly found that Chutney they give for Dosas and Idlys is really a coconut chutney. I love the chutney here. I have my lunch here .. regularly.
