The restaurant that serves cusines from 8 states in india. It’s a one stop solution for all your cravings. Be it Bengali or Andhra cusine you will find it here. United kitchens of India is well know brand of Hyderabad and is known for the elaborated menu they have . I was here for a review session and was one of the best till date. A must visit with family and friends. The restaurant has different chefs for the different Cuisine’s they serve. A lot of effort and detailing is done before the food is served here to make sure that the exact taste is felt . The items that came in first were the bhuttiyan de kebab from Punjab , the Barwan Paneer Tikka a specialty from the land of sands Rajasthan and mocher Chop from the eastern part of India West Bengal. The items were authentic and had their own unique taste . Light to taste and rich in flavour. We also cheerised our childhood when the Goli Soda’s were served such as the Goli soda fanta , Sprite and the Cocacola. These were served in the exact same bottles that we had during our childhood. To add on the mocktails the litchi Surprise and the narangi chaska was served. After the refreshing mocktails we moved on to some maincourse. We were pampered with some sbazi Baja from our very own Telangana and the everyone’s favourite the dal Makhani from Punjab. No doubts about the taste. They were droll worthy. To compliment the side dishes Puri also known as lucchi in Bengal and rotis were served. The rice item that was served was the chef Special paneer pulav. The right amount of spices were used that made it special and tasty. To balance the spice some sweets were served such as the caramel cheese cake , gajjar Ka halwa and every hyderabadi’s favourite hamari kuhbani ka meetha . These were good and we’re not very sweet and was a treat to the taste buds. A must visit restaurant to witness some cusine’s that you have not tasted.
