If you want to experience the worst service u ever had in ur life then pls visit this place. They wont disappoint you for sure. I sat on the table and 15 minutes went by n nobody turns up to take order. U literally have to shout n call them to take ur order until then they wont. Asked for a glass of water from the lady who sits at the billing counter as there was nobody around to ask for. She went into the kitchen and came back after 5 minutes without water. When I asked her she said it’s not my job if u want u can go and take the water by urself. She is very arrogant and ignorant type of lady even after she sees the customer walks in and occupy the seat she wont come up to take the order as the place is run by just 1 person who’s the chef n waiter n cleaner or whatever u want to say so I feel it’s her job to atleast do the basics.I’m writing this review after having this sort off experience for couple of times orelse I wouldn’t have. Still you want to visit the place visit but keep these all things in mind and go.
A place to stop by when you want to have some quick bites. Loved the cardamom tea. Finally, a tea in Hyderabad which was not overly sweet. Prices for snack items are normal. For what they are offering in snacks considering they provide you sitting, I would say it’s light on pocket.
