The person sitting at the cash counter behaved very rude. He is arrogant and doesn’t have any manners. I gave him 50rs and asked for 2 tea. He asked for change. I questioned him why he doesn’t have change. He suddenly became angry and said he has the change but will not give and even refused to serve the tea. Me and my mom returned. info action is taken against him I will personally report this incident to the commissioner of food and health. Even will escalate this to higher officials for refusing to serve the customers. as per law u can’t refuse to serve customers. It’s illegal.Reply to owner->The point is he specifically said he has change for 500rs and 50rs but won’t give (this is how he flaunted his arrogance). He doesn’t even know how to respect women and elders of his mother’s age. Money is not the issue here but his behaviour is. What if your mobile battery is dead n u can’t make cashless payment? will u refuse to serve inspite of having change? Being owner u should teach him to be kind to customers. Hope u understand this small point..
