It was Ann Wigmore (“holistic health” practitioner and raw food advocate.) said, “The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful forms of medicines or the slowest form of poison.” Freshies Gourmet Salads offers healthier food options. They offer veg, non veg salads, smoothies, and healthy drinks with no added sugar. I went to Manikonda outlet after my regular works outs at gym Though the place is small, it looks a perfect place to relax and enjoy the drink. The ambience is good with wonderful paintings with pleasant lighting. I ordered Chia Detox (Pineapple juice with Chia Seeds). I thought it will be served in a glass, but to my surprise, they served in the sealed plastic bottle. therefore, the question that comes to my mind, is it preserved juice or freshly squeezed juice? As per my knowledge, the packaged juice is not healthy when compared to freshly squeezed juice. However, Juice is tasty and refreshing. The manager at manikonda outlet is very polite and friendly. Ambience 5/5Service 5/5Food 4./5 (Packed Juice)
