Was staying at ITC Kohenur for a week hence used to visit Golconda Pavilion for breakfast everyday. First of the place is majestic, with beautiful interiors and lovely swimming pool view. Coming to food they had a huge spread which included all the items staring from local dishes like Idlis, Upma & parathas to complete English breakfast items. I personally loved their Aloo Paratha, Egg Curry & French Toast. The filter coffee is a must have here as it tastes amazing and is equally refreshing. The service was good, my server Sagar was always polite and helpful. The presence of flies on the donuts in the bakery section was the only major disappointment hence the four stars else everything else from food to service was superb.

Shrimp salad and kasundi fish salad were my favourite pick. Cream of mushroom soup was delicious.Coming to starters, Fried fruits and golkonda chicken deserve a special mention. Cajun prawns could have been a bit less spicy though. Peri peri chicken was decent . There were lot other dishes good in taste.Mains were equally good. Rara mutton stood out as great flavoured curry with juicy and succlent well cooked mutton. Country chicken has good Andhra flavour. Mutton biryani was decent though rice seemed tad bit overcooked. Mains surprised me ,usually i skip it . Coming to dessert, tiramisu is definitely the best pick. Indian desserts were good too. I would rate is 4.5 /5One of best buffet in hyd.

I chose this restaurant for my birthday Lunch with some friends and we were very happy and satisfied with the food and the service of this place. Its definitely worth the price. I loved their salad bar.They have quite a spread to enjoy and everything tastes good starting from sushi to wedges. A MUST VISIT place in Hyderabad.
