HiI celebrated my birthday at kanak with a wonderful offer by trident privileges.Positives – nice ambience, great live music, very memorable to have the happy bday song on the sitar and tabla. Just wonderful. Mr Hemant was very helpful and courteous. The crab Chettinad was pretty good.Tawa murgh biryani was good although it tasted like a pulav than a biryaniNegatives – the pathar ka gosht was a disappointment. It was chewy and unevenly cooked. The replacement fared better. The billing process got tedious. The second time this has happened.Hope all this gets rectified soon.CheersPankaj
Prakash was very courteous and helpful. He had the tandoori broccoli replaced at our request because the curd tasted a little funny.

I visited this place recently, over all my experience was good.. Ambience 5/5 , staff 5/5, food 4.5/5. Lamb biryani was good a must try followed by deserts.
It was a birthday occasion and thus we chose Kanak to be the best place for celebration. I wasn’t impressed with the lobby view of this place but it doesn’t bother me, since I was here for food. We scrolled down to Kanak and was welcomed by Ashwin (I reserved a table). To my surprise the table was decorated very well keeping in mind it was a birthday occasion for us. We started with paya shorba and ended with Apple Jalebi. All of the items were worth every penny we spent. I haven’t expected Trident to serve such delicious food and honored by their service. Suryansh suggested us the right dishes and enhanced our experience. I would recommend Kanak over Westin for sure.Thanks Ashwin and Suryansh for making it a special evening to us. Cheers,..!
Went to Kanak for family dinner to celebrate our anniversary. The service is amazing. The staff is very friendly. I would specially mention about the Prakash who helped in making our dinner memorable.Must try are Nalli Nihari and Dum ka murg both are amazing.
One of the best Indian restaurant which you can find in Hyderabad city, with private dining room for a perfect family get together. Anyways when you talk about kanak it’s food is also mouthwatering and services is always perfect.#Seafood Lovers# can visit for fresh crabs and lobsters.
