Worst management by zomato as after ordering my food Trusting on zomato. i am sleeping hungry . One of the manager from zomato called and he was not at all concerned about my hunger.I want the email id for the higher top managment whom i can write an emailNeither my money is refundedDidnot expect this from zomatoVery bad service .The zomato manager says you order food once again we will deliver food.
Place is very clumsy. Waiters are useless. AC don’t work. Staff don’t reply. Went for the first time but worst experience. Cannot believe I went there. Never going again
Once the place was good.but now it became too bad. I just visited it and the place became like a whole mess.may be too many loyal customers and they take everything granted. The waiters are non responsive.. they are as polite as they are dumb. Imagine a bar without ice cubes.. When asked to meet Manager, they don’t even respond to the request.
Taste for the food is nice but their is no separate zone for smoking because of that it suffocates a lot for the non smokers . Other than that the service is good .
My to go place for their casual ambiance in the non smoking zone, worth every penny you would spend On either drinks or food . Undoubted the top bar and restaurant in madhapur
