I’m here on a Sunday morning. The place is not even fully crowded, about 70% full. However, the service is extremely slow and the staff are completely indifferent. Those smiles that you expect from the service industry professionals is sadly missing. The food though is good.Wanted to complain to the management but according to the staff, their manager only comes at 11. Will only go here again if all of the (plenty) good, customer conscious restaurants nearby are closed for business.
The staff has a friendly approach. If you need help they are very good with suggestions on food. The food is served on time. There is always a person of staff who’s gonna attend you almost instantly. The ambiance is not overwhelming. However, it’s sufficient for a simple meal. All in all a decent place.
Not the best place if you are seeking good service. Food is ok. The waiter never bothered to offer/serve water or napkins. Spoons also when asked for. Ordered fresh lime was never given, however added in the bill. Had heard goods things about this place, turned out to be farce.
At Minerva after a long time.. Had our favourite button vada along with masala dosa. The samber was fabulous and the chutneys were amazing as always. The overall experience was very delicious !!
Basing my rating on just the ambience, one dish and a coffee is not really fair. However, the one dish and the coffee was enough to win me over. It was that dang tasty.I am an extremely picky eater and not very fond of use of mustard seeds and curry leaves in a dish. it exlains well how tasty the butter masala dosa was when i say i ate the goddamn thing without hating the use of mustards and stuff. It was so bloody good i didnt mind anything.And the coffee, i mean kaapi. Like wow!! Reminds me of the rich coffee i used make back home. Y’all foodies need to try this place if you haven’t already.
They server good and simple food. South Indian dishes are really tasty. Both breakfast items and thali. We ordered south Indian thali. Recommended.
This is one place you can go few times without getting bored. Very decent family restaurant with good South Indian, North Indian and Chinese dishes. They always serve good quality, hygienic and delicious food. And you will always come out satisfied.Fine south Indian restaurant. Decent place other type food as well. Not too many vegetarian only restaurants in Hyderabad and this one is combination of both – only vegetarian and great South food.The restaurant is great on food but the thali and rasam are not available during evening.The service for thali is not starting till 12.45 pm even if the time is 12 noon.
