I went on my hubby’s birthday and it was a week day. I had high expectations from this place, but it ended in disdain. I agree that it’s a bar and they just have starters and drinks, however, the saddest part is that they don’t have enough varieties in those starters as well. Whatever I had ordered in food, it wasn’t tasty at all. Also, about the ambiance I would say that though it was a week day but at least good music could make the ambiance better. Now about the service, the staff wasn’t much serious regarding their job. We went on the rooftop for some time and it was pretty hot. They hadn’t arranged any coolers or fans even for the customers. If that kind of treatment they give on weekdays, I have no idea what they do during weekends. We had ordered 3 starters, two beers and one sangria. We paid 4000 bucks which is ok but we weren’t satisfied at all neither with the food not with drinks and ambiance. This is the first time when I am writing a review in detail as this is the first time when we experienced utter disappointment even after paying a hefty amount of bill. ITC, it’s a request – When you charge people a huge amount of money, plz take care that they get that level of food and service. Hope this review will be helpful for people who don’t want to have just peanuts and drinks.

Drinks – 5Food – 3.5Service – 4.5Ambience – 4.5VFM – 4I went here for a casual get together with a couple of friends in the evening. This is a rooftop lounge. The ambience is subtle. The views outside are pretty good and outside you can feel the wind in your hair which I loved.Our drinks were well made and customized as per request. We had LIT, Vin and beer. No complaints there. The bar snacks served along with drinks was nice as well.The finger food we ordered was just about fine in terms of taste, but was pretty oily. Ingredients were fresh though.Service was great.
Came for our Anniversary and they went out Of the way to make it special, a candle light romantic corner and a lovely cake. Thank you for making us feel special.
