Really disappointed from this place. Restaurant resorted to rudeness and outright lying over a discussion of order being late by 1.5 hours.Extremely unprofessional behaviour by the management and after checking other reviews, it seems the restaurant refuses a lot of food orders.Moreover the manager tried to shift all blame on the delivery executives. Not satisfied. Won’t recommend.
The manager is very rude and abusive.I paid for my order through uber eats and due to an issue from uber eats side they did not deliver.The manager said that the food is already prepared but they can’t deliver. When asked if we can collect they refused saying that the restaraunt is closed. Manager said that they are ready to throw away the food for 24 orders in garbage rather than providing an alternative.On top of that he was abusive. Not sure if such people should be running a restaurant. Definitely doesn’t deserve even a single star rating.
The manager was abusive on call and the hospitality was very bad. We tried communicating nicely but he was not ready to listen regarding a home delivery. He kept saying the restaurant is closed even after accepting the order. He said the order is prepared and he will throw it away. Not at all a good place to visit or order.
Pathetic food and worst management ever. Management has no decency. Uselessssss restaurant. Save yourself time, money and mental peace and don’t visit this restaurant. Placed a big order via uber eats and after more than 2 hours post midnight they say that they will throw the food in garbage rather than agreeing to give us the food even if we go by ourselves directly and collect it ourselves even though it’s the fault of restaurant for accepting food order after 11pm and immediately within no time closing the restaurant. They even lied that the food is prepared while the reality is that food was not even prepared they just wanted us to forfeit the money without even receiving the food. Rating it 1 because there is no option for zero stars.
Horrible manager and worst customer service. The way the manager talked was so impolite. Food was equally bad. Save yourself time and money and do not visit this restaurant.
Quantity of veg fried rice is less as compared to earlier when they used to gave in plastic .. now in box they are putting less quantity of rice.. Please improve this.
I ordered kadhai paneer from foodie woodie. While eating it, i found chicken piece in it. Giving the rating as 1 star because I can’t give zero.
