I love pizza and when you add the slightly smokey aroma of a wood fired pizza oven I just can’t resist it. Over the past two weeks I’ve visited IMI woodfired pizza twice. On my first trip I ordered the masala garlic bread and the BBQ chicken pizza. The masala garlic bread was lacking any real garlic flavour and the base of the bread and the pizza was slightly undercooked. However the flavour of the pizza was good so I gave it one more try. This time I visited in the evening and asked them to make sure the crust was better cooked. They didn’t let me down. The Just Jamaican chicken pizza was delicious but is definitely for the spice lovers. The regular garlic bread had a good flavour but was still cooked folded like a calzone. I think the taste and appearance would be better if it was cooked open like a pizza. A good place for pizza just be sure to go when the oven is hot
