Came here for breakfast around 9:30. Despite not many people in the restaurant the service was EXTREMELY slow. To be honest, there wasn’t any service whatsoever. Since nobody was taking our orders, i had to walk up to the counter to order after waiting for 15 mins and this isn’t a self service restaurant. The first order arrived after nearly 50 mins and we know for a fact that breakfast like idly & dosa never takes that long for a restuarant as idle as this one. It was more like nobody gave a damn about the customers in the restaurant. More people came into the restaurant after we did and left after waiting since they couldn’t find anyone to take their orders. They only focused on the swiggy and zomato orders. Despite confronting them, they wouldn’t give us the bill so we could leave, they wouldn’t even look at us. Our food finally reached our table at 10:30, 1 hour after we got there. I’d rather have gone to a smaller restaurant than this to get a better prompter service. I’ve never felt more frustrated or insulted in a restaurant. All this effort of food as mediocre as this? Not worth it. Never going here again. Ruined my perfectly good morning.
