First time here AB’s Absolute Barbecues. Had a good time. The starters were amazing, serving chicken, prawn, pineapple, paneer, fish and lamb. On special request, they also served rabbit, emu and pecking duck.The main course got a bit cold, maybe due to A.C. The desert counter was pretty nice.In all, a good place to spend time with friends and family.
Absolute barbecue One of the best and most liked barbecue grill dining in the city is absolute barbecue. Jubilee Hills restaurant is one the famous one among all the other branches.Situated on the 4th floor,in the same building of Bajaj electronics, it can be located by people passing by that road .I’ve been to this place with a group of foodie friends of mine for cake mixing event.The restaurant is huge and it is usually very crowded on weekends.The staff at this place are courteous and friendly.Inspite of being that crowded,the service at this place was prompt.With a beautiful aroma of barbecue grill ,you’ll crave for food as soon as you enter the place.Bollywood songs playing in the background and hot grill on the table gives you a pleasant vibe at this amazing place.Food:We started with vegetarian and non vegetarian grills.We had paneer ,watermelon,pineapple and mushroom in vegetarian grill and paneer was the best one among all .Paneer was fresh , soft and marinated to perfection.With the slight smoky flavour,it was a great one to start with.In non vegetarian ,we had prawns , chicken and fish.Almost all the non vegetarian grills were delicious.They also have live counters serving dishes like duck noodles, octopus which are prepared live in front of you.In main course we had mutton curry , fish curry and chicken curry.The best part was the Hyderabadi Dum chicken biryani which had a mind blowing the taste.Ending up this great meal with mouthwatering deserts at the sinful desert counter serving mini gulab jamun, jilebi, Brownies , pineapple flavoured cakes and many more !!Do visit this amazing place!!!

We went to this place as early bird and we found BBQ nations is better than this place. Because the quality of ingredients especially panner, mushrooms, etc weren’t good. It was bit hard and not fresh in my opinion. Even after sharing our feedback they failed to satisfy our palate.
Team lunch with my colleagues.Didn’t really like anything except chicken leg pieces. Prawns , chicken and fish barbeque was average infact prawns were below average. Pineapple was too spicy and wasn’t barbecued properly.Desserts were ok as we had variety in that. Banjara hills is better when compared to this place.
***EDIT AFTER THE SECOND VISIT***Went there couple of days ago with my wife.Unfortunately the food was very bad. Grills and kebabs were very spicy. After giving instructions food was the kind off same only. Service part, staff were not giving time to eat also. One after other was coming back to back. It was something like if I finish they can accommodate next customer.Been to this place multiple times before but never experienced this before. It’s really very sad to give 2 star to this kind off well known place.The only thing which we liked was Desserts, that too only Ice Cream.Sad Place! Sad Food!AB’s Management – Please do look into the issue!
Abs is one place that won’t disappoint us. Variety of dishes with wish grill and tastes. Ofcourse every one’s absolute favorite. Especially the hospitality and service is too good.
