chicken is not boiled properly
Horrible service!! I ordered at 5:30 pm from the restaurant and they accepted the order at 5:33.However, at 5:53 I got a call from the restaurant saying that they are unable to deliver because certain items are not available. They called me personally, asking me to cancel the order which I obviously refused to do and asked them to cancel the order from there end. What happened next is even more interesting!They call me through the zomato officials asking me to talk to the restaurant owner, which I obviously refused!I mean you sit on an order for 20 minutes and then decide that the dishes are not available! Extremely unprofessional- I’m never ordering from them again!

Me and my friends ordered 3 plates of Murgh Dum Biryani from this restaurant. Normally I don’t post reviews in Zomato. But the awful quality of your food motivated me to post this. The packing was pretty decent. And we hoped to have some tasty biriyani. But our hopes were shattered when we had our first spoon of your celebrated dish. The rice was stale and it tasted kind of sour. It smelled old too. The curd was disgusting and it added to the sourness of the rice. Don’t underestimate your customers by thinking that you can fool us by delivering old and stale food. This was the most horrific experience for us. Hoping that Zomato will kick you out.
