Food trucks occupy their own unique restaurant category, creativity, and value with speed, accessibility and of course, balancing quality . Food truck owners don’t do it for the glamor or fame — they choose the confines of a tiny kitchen to share the food that they love to cook & present it to the commons. And to fully do justice to this idea, Dorababu Tiffins is one of the Dosa trucks in Hyderabad that can be found on the streets of Kavuri Hills in Madhapur. Dorababu Tiffins, a cute little food truck, whose origin dates back to Anantpur wherein the Dora babu meant the Rajas of the town. This food truck is located on the Madhapur 100 ft road with close proximity to Maharaja Chat centre, serves some lip-smacking evening snack variations & other South Indian breakfast options. They operate from 5:30 PM till 11 PM in the evening as of now & are planning to start the operations in the morning hours as well. This Dosa food truck attracts a daily mob of customers looking for fresh and nicely spiced dosa variations, idlis & vadas at an affordable price range. Their menu encompasses the most savored items in the Southern part of India during the morning hours i.e. Idlis, Mysore Bajjis & Dosa, not just that they got several variations of these 3 things. We started our fare with the most popular and lip-smacking Pizza dosa & Maggi Dosa respectively, both of which were nicely prepared with a great amount of cheese applied on both and served with chutney. Next up was Burger Dosa, a smaller yet thicker version of the standard dosa however had a higher amount of masala & cheese applied on it and split in 4 quadrants thereby giving a makeover similar to a Burger; again this was nicely prepared however needs improvement on the spice levels of the masala. Next up was Paneer Mysore Bajji which constituted of fried bajjis stuffed with paneer topped with grated cheese & sauce served with Chutneys. To join these, Pani Puri Dosa and Tawa idly were served wherein the idlis were tossed with masala on tawa & cut into pieces and served with chutney giving the dish a different outlook as compared to the standard idly. We even enjoyed the Cheese Dosa which loads of cheese stuffed in with the masala & topped as well making it a really cheesy affair. To top it all, the secret behind Dorababu Tiffins is Mr. Santosh, the man who was associated with Govind Dosa earlier & got trained under Mr. Govind’s guidance; he is the man who prepares some really nice dosas at this food truck which is savored & enjoyed by one and all. Moreover at such affordable price range, one gets to enjoy such nicely prepared evening snacks at Dorababu Tiffins in the Jubilee Hills area which a great deal for all out there.

They serve varieties of dosa, idly, bonda tried few of them and every dish turned out to be good.Pizza Dosa: The first thing that comes in my mind if I think of pizza is cheese and yes they load dosa with cheese and pizza sauce as well. If you are a pizza lover try this out.Maggi Dosa: I can go here any day just for this dosa. A perfect fusion of south Indian delicacy dosa and all time favorite Maggi. A must try here.Burger Dosa: If they can make pizza dosa why can’t they make burger dosa, 2 small sized dosas are made one is filled with all the stuffing and the plain dosa is placed over it. It’s again loaded with cheese and have amazing taste.Egg Dosa: All time favorite dosa presented Soo well and have generous amount of onions & chilly just like an omelette. It tastes deliciousThey also have panipuri dosa, pav bhaji dosa etc where the masala of that particular dosa is paired with dosa.They also have delicious tawa bonda, paneer bonda and all time favorite tawa idly. I personally loved the taste of tawa idly of all these maybe because of the perfect flavors and it is indeed light on tummy.So overall this place serves some amazing food at pocket friendly prices and can be a perfect place for your midnight cravings as it is open till 1:30.p.m. You can park your cars in the by lanes without worrying about blocking the traffic enjoy your favorite food. Their every Dosa is Lip smacking and worth trying. So i visited them as i’ve heard alot about their tiffins. They’ve got their own creative dosa’s . Here are the items which i tried. This truck starts serving every day from 5pm till Midnight 1am1. Burger Dosa (The very first time ive heard about this kind of dosa and the taste of this one was lipsmacking)2. Pizza Dosa3. Pani Puri Dosa (Which is again a new kind of dosa, good in taste )4. Maggi Dosa5. Cheese Paneer Dosa6. Cheese Panneer Idly7. Schezwan IdlyYou must definetly check out this place and try their dishes as the prices are pocket friendlyTaste – 5/5WFM – 5/5
A new place for someone who craves for South Indian food and especially dosa’s . Dorababu tiffins is a food truck that serves a wide variety of dosas that you will crave for more after every single bite. They have a lot of special varieties such as the maggie dosa, Burger dosa , Pani puri dosa , pasta dosa and a lot more. They also have different varieties of Mysore bajji’s , vada’s and idli’s. The Maggie dosa and the burger dosa’s are a must try . The chutney here is also fresh and compliments the dosa’s. Apart from the dosa I tried the panner Mysore bajji and the cheese Mysore bajji . These items will tease your taste buds. The idlis are soft and tasty.The prices are also decent and if you haven’t tried the place you should. You visit the place once you’ll make it a habit to regularly visit.
From the streets of Jubilee hills , we found a hidden gem that serves the amazing dosas and tiffins . Pocket friendly place which allows everyone to relish the different varieties of dosas . Dorababu tiffins is basically a food truck , located just opposite to Oakwood furniture near maharaja chaat . They start their service around 5:30 in the evening . Today I went there for evening snacks and found this place pretty awesome . Tried few of their signatures ,1.Cheese paneer idly 2.Schezwan idly Then from the dosa’s 1.Maggi dosa 2.Pizza Dosa 3.Pani Puri Dosa 4.Burger Dosa Had a really great time . Definitely check this place out . With the minimum amount spend , you guys can enjoy various dishes .
