This place is great for nothing, absolute nothing. This places serves affordable South Indian breakfast.Poori and sabji was at least edible if you compare the dosa and vada
We went in a group of 4 for a nice breakfast as one generally expect from Raghvendra. We ordered rice pongal, wada sambhar, set dosa and utthapam and it all went to waste, no one was able to eat their individual items fully inspite of so much hunger. Everything from sambhar to pongal was surprisingly untasteful. Wada was tight and hard, sambhat was way too sour, dosa and utthapam were half cooked. I am really dissapointed with today’s service as it spoiled all the fun of a nice south indian breakfast with freinds. Will surely avoid this place in future as now a days there are other nice options and that too at cheaper rates.
Road side tiffin is more better than this. Vada if good enough.
Tried this place for online order on a whim and boy, was it a wrong choice. Karam dosa is actually masala dosa with a pinch of podi drizzled on top. Vada was undercooked. Coconut Chutney is just that; coconut mashed with stuff and barely tasted like chutney at all. I mean, come on this is a 4star rated restaurant and I don’t feel it deserves it.
The best thing to have in South india is their poori. Who said that good poori’s cannot be found. It has been the third time that I have had the poori from Raghavendra at Madhapur and it is still amazing. For only Rs 45/- inr it comes with 3 poori’s along with aloo sabji/ potato curry and chutni. It is a delight to have it especially in the morning. The proportion of the poori is adequate as well and a perfect start to the morning. You would first have to get your cpupon as it is a self service joint. Wait time is a max 4-5mins.
Best place which i will prefer to have Tiffins. Reasonable place and good food and good taste. I like this place . it is located in prime location
Despite i have ordered for 2 steam dosa and 1 Dahi wada i have got only 1 steam dosa and 1 dahiwada. They even did not provide a spoon which is mandatory to eat Dahiwada. Food quality is good and delivery was as per the time given.
