They did not have the order available they suggested replacement I asked them to cancel it. They cheated me by sending an item that I had strictly said NO to them. Request you not to order from this restaurant.
Food is delicious and at reasonable prices.. And they were polite and friendly. i recommended this restaurant friends and family parties. Come and sit together and enjoy their treat..
Surely they left a very bad taste in the mouth. This ice cream parlour has no respect for its customer they do not have a proper serviceable number also to connect to. It was very disappointing to see that they delivered only certain items from the order irrespective of the fact that the whole order was paid in full in advance. These kind of parlour adjust a profit making hub and has no understanding of the time wastage a customer has to go through in case is order is not completely fulfilled. I request the person taking care of this to humbly notice others pain and loss of time and bring forth a process by which they let the customer know in advance if certain item is not available. The quality of the ice cream is also very cheap and not up to the price they are asking for it.Overall a very cheap stunt to make money by duping customer
