Opted this restaurant as it is walkable distance from my house ,still puzzled why the prices are double compare to any other restaurant, with poor service and staff and not so good food
They have a very bad service. The place is not that neat too. My friends and I waited for 45mins to get a simple dish. I asked the waiter to tell me the item which takes the least amount of time to cook, even then he took over 45mins for the order. The waiter was arrogant. And it’s too costly for such bad service. If you are going to this place, make sure you order the food 1 hour prior. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is that the food was decent, else it’d have been 1 star
Tucked in nicely inside manjeera trinity mall this place doesn’t attract people a lot. But the ambiance of this place is an eye catcher. We were here for lunch and the place looks so dull, the place is empty and the staff wasn’t much attentive. The order came in quick (as we were only customers). Had chicken clear soup which is an absolutely amazing factor here! And chicken majestic as starter. Wasn’t really that impressed with the starter though but it had a descent taste. Had chicken biryani from the main course and yeah the quantity and the quality of the dish was absolutely good! It had enough spices which made it delicious! Food:3.8Service:3.0Ambiance:3.0
Don’t ever come to this restaurant.Service is at Worst level. & don’t come to this restaurant by booking through Dineout.They give you separate menu which costs you double the money. Food is not as good as expected.Not worth the money you spent.
Tried their special chicken biryani which tasted good, but we had to wait for more than half an hour for the order. Service was not so good.
Worst food! Few items were stale. Few items were sweetish and cold. Waste of money. Restaurant isn’t clean. Waiters were polite and friendly which is the only good thing about this place.
Not a great place to have food in Hyderabad. Biryani is no way compared to any other restaurant in kukatpally. Ordered lemon soda and cold drinks, none of them are cold enough. When asked for replacement, they said it’s best they could get. Not even ice cubes available. Even found food flies all over.
