First you maintain a proper GPS and confirmation from the customer about the address.Due to your mistakes customers are suffering..worst service from the Zomato .ill advice the restaurant to look in to this type of issues. Due to this type of issues restaurant loosing trust from the customers
Worst place without delivered my order he has shown as delivered work hotel , even he is asking customers to cancel the order, worst management , please don’t buy
worst service i had. Not even deliver the food. But keep on showing that it is delivered. how do you guys run your own riders by keeping the restaurent number in switch off. There is no back up staff to follow up whether the rider had delivered the food or not. If u guys dont have tjis follow up then better close the self riders fro ur end. Worst management.
