Had our lunch at Dine inn china today, believe me the manchow soup they served is the best. Not only soups, everything from hygiene to taste every dish is so heavenly and they maintain the same taste. I would suggest dine inn china to anyone anyday, i’d say dine inn china is way better than many overrated popular Chinese restaurants.
Been there few days back , ordered chicken momos, noodles, shezwan fried rice and soft drink. Momos were good. Noodles, we asked them to makes less spicy so it was totally bland( so don’t want to blame them) Fried rice: we ordered shezwan fried rice but this it like street side veg fried rice. There is no schezwan sauce in it ,no spice which are main ingredients for shezwan fried rice. Soft drink, these guys had an unsealed half finished bottle in their bar , gas was all gone. They just served it in 2 glasses. The moment I sipped, it tasted like sugar water. We understood the point and when confronted, initially reluctant but finally agreed that since it is from their bar, pressure might be less. Finally they replaced it with fresh drinks this time with right ones. Food was ok not bad , not great.
It has a good ambience but I wasn’t happy with the food. I just ordered 2 items (Chicken Manchow soup & Chicken Manchuria) but didn’t like them too. Manchuria tasted very different (Felt like some other dish frankly) and dint feel like freshly made food.
Good things first..1. Ambiance is good2. Location is easy to spot3. Place was hygienic4. Staff can speak hindi n bits of english only.5. They serve packaged water for 20 rupees.6. We were offered 10% discount.Coming to things which we didn’t enjoy: FOOD. The main reason for our visit was not met. And here is why, I felt the food was not fresh and upon enquiry i got to know that the chief is from Siliguri. So a bit WB style can be felt. Here are few more reasons..1. I felt that Chilli chicken felt pre cooked and served hot.2. Burnt chilli Garlic noodles were a combination of veg soft and schewazan noodles. No flavor of garlic while we could see a lot of chopped peices of garlic and Red chilli flakes.3. Veg broccoli, baby corn a masroom gravy was half cooked with no taste. Not even salt or spice.We are totally disappointed. When we tried to give feedback the person who took the order was taking it personally so we didn’t even bother to talk.We came back home and are now eating home made food.. that’s how much we eat their. Felt bad wasting food today.
Not worth a single penny. Clear soup was thick with lots of cornflour mixed. When asked they said they make it that way. Ordered chilli garlic noodle. Never suggested for people with high BP, Lots of salt. Pretty sure, they don’t taste it before giving it to the customer.
We ordered veg manchuria, veg fried rice and noodle which are basic items in any Chinese restaurant but we were very disappointed in both food and time it took to prepare. Manchuria and fried rice is too hard to eat and noodles are not so good so we left half of food and thought its waste of money.We told server the food is hard to eat but he didn’t even responded, he just left like that.
The worst experience I have ever had. I asked them for Egg soft noodles and when I got in touch with them over the call – we were told that egg soft noodles are not spicy. So we asked them to suggest spicy ones and they told us schezwan or chilli garlic noodles are spicy. We ordered for chilli garlic egg noodles. The noodles had nothing in them – there was hardly any egg in it, no vegetables at all, no chilli atleast, no salt nothing – all we could taste was boiled noodles with chilli powder added to it. Honestly, the fast food noodles are 100% better in taste.Also, we ordered for chilli paneer wet to have it alongside with the noodles. Unsurprisingly, it was really bad too. There was literally no taste to the gravy and the paneer was spoiled, we had that sour taste while chewing the paneer. Ugh! It was sick.Also, we ordered from the hotel through their home delivery services and we received the food after 1 n half hour after we ordered.A very bad experience till date.I would suggest not to order from this place seeing their fancy menu. It is not worth it at all.
