I had pav bhaji after such a long time and it was such a pleasant surprise to get authentic taste in the middle of hyderabad. Ma had kalakand and she loved it. We also took a sweet called khaja which as per us was too sweet. Also those serving sweet seemed to lack knowledge of what they were selling, educating them about the sweets would help.
