Wonderful theme based restaurant.. Loved the whole concept.. There is a railway track route on every table. Food is served from the kitchen on to your tables in a very interesting and exciting way.. You get food on the bhogis of train. Food taste was good.. Spice levels can be improvedCheck before you go, because it’s always crowded for it’s beautiful theme.

It comes from the Kitchen Station and gets served on different tables with diversions.The Ambiance is beautiful and very spacious. Easy capacity of 200+, It’s a Fine dining place for Families and Bigger groups. Couple of Weeks back we made a Visit with our friends on weekend lunch!We started with a Chicken soup, vegetables were fresh and broth was nice.Starters: Thin Sliced Spicy Chicken: Thin strips of chicken deeply fried with a bit of seasoning, but the name shows spicy which was missing.Schezwan Chicken: This tasted very good. Chicken was soft, tender and spice level was perfect.Butter Garlic Prawns: Deeply fried, Good seasoning, Garlicky and Good Flavour of Butter as well. Must try.Velluli Mamsam Roast: The Coating was crunchy but the mutton was very hard which was unable to chew. Maybe the mutton wasn’t fresh. Needs improvement.Veg Stick Balls: Just a simple Veg Manchuria in sticks with Diced Onions and Bell Peppers. Tasted good.Mocktails here were just decent, Excess squash which made the drinks very sweet. Yet they were somehow A bit refreshing.From the Mains:Rayalavari Mutton Curry: The gravy base has fantastic, had good spice flavour but again, the mutton wasn’t fresh which was hard. I hope they do prove the Mutton dishes.Afghani Dum Murg: One of bests I’ve had, chicken was very tender, gravy was really good and Delicious. With an Omelette on top, it was perfect and Tasted good with hot tandoori rotis.Hara Masala Chepala Pulusu: Soft fish with green gravy base. Not sure about the combo but wasn’t great. Fish was too watery as well.Biryanis:Mutton Dum Biryani: Somehow here as well the mutton was not upto the mark. Rice quality was perfect, masala was nice.Fried Chicken Biryani: Nice Flavourful Biryani, chicken was well seasoned and was perfectly fried with a bit of semi gravy.Allam Kodi Wings Pulao: This was way better than the other 2 Biryanis. Spicy, flavoursome, Chicken was soft and had extra Spicy! Would recommend this.Atleast we hoped the desserts to be good to end our day on a sweet note. Kaddu ka kheer, Dry fruit Rabdi and double ka meetha. Average taste.Overall experience here wasn’t that great. Had high expectations, the concept of serving food on train is good and it’s fun. But till the time it comes from kitchen and gets served on tables it gets cold. The service here also needs to pick up. Even the prices are quite expensive according to the portion size. I hope they do make changes very soon or else it won’t hit up the market properly.
Platform 65 is a uniquely serving restaurant which is interesting to all age groups. The service of food is through train tracks on the table. The food are crisp and flavoured. Starting from appetisers and drinks to desserts, it’s delicious. The sea food can be enhanced. Overall it’s a well maintained and a hygienic restaurant.
One of a unique themed restaurant- Platform 65 situated in Kukatpally is a fancy place! The seating resembles the actual train seating but with different colours. And the interesting part is your food arrives in the train! The interiors are interesting. The service is somehow a little slow, but the desserts are great here. Your must have orders should be Nellore Cheppala Pulusu, Afghani Murgh, Allam Kodi Wings Pulao, Fruit Punch and Dry Fruit Rabadi.
Platform 65 is a train themed restaurant and the ambience is what will attract you to this place and you wont leave disappointed.This is just a perfect place for kids because the food here is served on trains and the way it’s done it simply amazing and commendable.The efforts the management and the staff is putting to serve the customers is commendable and I simply loved this place because of their staff’s friendly and pro-active nature. The place is pretty big and can accommodate a around 80 to 100 customers at one time.I had visited this place for a session and had ana amazing time..In soups we had :1. Veg lemon coriander soup – This was amazing in taste.2. Veg manchow soup – This was good too.3. Cream and tomato soup – This tasted perfect..For starters we had :1. Veg manchurian – This was soft and was good in taste. I recommend the management that they serve crispy manchurian because this would make the dish perfect..2. Paneer majestic – Very unique in taste, had south Indian taste in it. Must try.3. Chilli Baby corn – This can be crispier too. The taste was good.4. Veg spring rolls- This starter can be improved. I didnt like their stuffing in it.5. Paneer tikka – Not recommended. In this starter, the paneer was hard.6. Gobi manchurian was soft too. And I would recommend the management to look after this too..In the main course we had ,1. Kaju paneer – This was simply amazing. Definitely a must try.2. Veg chatpat – This was heavenlicious and definitely a must try.The kulcha and naans they serve are really good here.The mocktails are amazing too and their milkshakes good in taste.Overall, an amazing experience and definitely a must visit place.
