So called Akhil, who is the so called manager- doesn’t know how to talk to customer. First of all we order for a cake and flower bouquet to be delivered between 6:30-7:30 it comes at 8:45. And the delivery boy brings only the cake. When we callback to check on the flowers he picks up the phone, talks and doesn’t respond. After trying 5 times he answers and arrogantly tells he will deliver the flower. What a pathetic service. Inspite of paying 1500 for both these what a waste of time and money. Please don’t go through the same thing with yourselves guys. Don’t order anything from this place.

Worst cake and taste is worst we buyed cake and went to home when we opened it moved our of the base unable to use worst making need to improve a lot ambiance and service
I received my order(cake) fully damaged condition inside the cover.the cover also almost all in disturbed condition.cake out of shape.today my marriage day so I managed with the fully reshaped pieces of cakes.
I have only once to this place but i loved it. Cakes are fresh n delicious n the place is nice fr get togethers n friends. I tried red velvet and chocolate cake n they wr wonderful!
