The quality of this place has hit an all time low. If you are extremely hungry and do not have any other choice, then go here and have puffs. Although, I would highly recommend you to wait till you get home. Not worth your time and money.
I had ordered chicken burger and chicken puff which was reheated in the oven and was very soggy. The staff is careless and rude.
The owner smokes cigarettes in the kitchen continuously. He behaves rudely with the workers. I saw him literally abusing and shouting at his workers. The bakery was not well maintained. I will avoid visiting it again.
Whenever someone takes the name of Universal bakery, the best thing to have is its burger. So tasty and such a big burger. It is totally worth it served with fries. One of my favorite places for burger.
I have ordered cheese pizza it was really bad in taste there was no cheese there was some liquid before I use to like the cheese pizza but since from last 2 times I m not getting the good one
