  Alpha Hotel is a name every Hyderabadi would’ve been familiar with. They’re best known for serving Chai which is distinct from the Irani Chai served by all other tea joints in Hyderabad. If at any point of time you happen to come across Secunderabad Railway Station, Do check out this landmark.! The ambience and service might not be the best, but the taste is something which could make you come back for more.!Ratings as per observations -Parking – 2/5Ambience – 2/5Food – 4/5Service – 3/5Price – 4/5Their chai is a little strong as compared to the chai served in other hotels in Hyderabad. Overall a good place to have Irani Chai.Will surley visit again.!

  Consistency is the word that comes to my mind when I think of Alpha Hotel,located opposite Secunderabad Railway Station this place doesn’t need an introduction as thousands flock this place everyday,I haven’t seen any other place as crowded as this in Hyderabad.A large section of travellers visit this place for their Irani Chaiand some quick snacks-very few places in Hyd make the chai better.Coming to food this place is perhaps the best VFM location in town and has a to z of food a common hyderabadi savours.I personally make it a point to sip their Chai everytime I am the station.I usually pick their mutton biryani parcel for dinner -the rice is well flavoured and has a generous amount of tender mutton pieces,you ll be given a frooti tetrapack as complementary.And this place serves one of the best breakfasts with dishes like Bhaji Gurda,Bhaji Ghosh,Kheema,Chilli Kheema,Liver fry with crisp Tandoor rotis and Lukhmi-the Hyderabadi staple food of thousands at the station.I have ordered for kheema,Bhaji Gurda,tandoor roti and a chai the kheema had finely minced meat flavoured with the right amount of spices and very little oil unlike other places where the kheema would be floating in oil there is a spicier version of kheema called chilly kheema,the bhaji gurda is a dish with lots of greens in it and had delicious goat kidneys cooked to perfection giving the right feel the moment you bite into it there is another variant called Bhaji ghost in which the kidneys are replaced with succulent mutton pieces,the roti were crisp and were perfect combination with the gravies.Lastly a sip of the chai gives you an out of the world experience.Overall this place is a true legend in terms of its consistency over the years and the volumes of customers being served promptly.
