Kamat Hotel has a name for itself, and when someone’s got a name they get the attitude & pricing frenzy. It’s taste is directly targeted at the specific vegetarian groups in India. Many vegan prefer this kind of tastes but being a non veg the tastes not to my appeal. Coming to menu Tiffins are good and Dosa & Wada are excellent although not always available and Tea, Coffee and Veg Biryani, Panner masala with naan are good. Desserts and
This place is my childhood memory.. when there are hardly few restaurants in the city its one of the most visited one..Breakfast is what I prefer more here with family..Recent visit ordered Idli, butter masala dosa n coffee which are decently good n tasty as always..

Kamat Secunderabad is a very old restaurant. very centrally located. We have visited this place on a number of occasions, quite sometime back. The hygiene and quality has, over the years, gone down. The management should review their standards and bring it up to the previous levels, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
