I order a chicken mandi via delivery and as a common mistake they actually forgot to keep the chicken piece’s packet in my cover and delivered only rice. I was quite frustrated and gave them a 1 star rating and I called the restaurant stating the issue. Guys took the full responsibility and delivered the chicken all the way to my place to have a better customer experience. It’s not always about the taste, the customer service they provide is way off the game. I wish I could change the rating for that order. Keep up the good work.
