The legendary nostalgia about these biscuits come to life when you taste their biscuits. Truly the melting in mouth Osmania biscuits are a delight, with many other varieties which appeal to a specific taste buds Rose Biscuits is a hidden gem for the younger generation.

It was a small bakery but now they have expanded themselves. When I was small, it was an ideal place for our family to buy birthday cakes but now as more bakeries has emerged in the area, the Rose Bakery isn’t much the same. The blame goes to themselves only, as the quality they used to make has decreased. The cakes, sandwiches and all the bakery items are just ordinary, nothing special about them. If you go further, you will find lots of better bakeries. The service is poor and parking is a problem these days, as the construction of metro rail is full on swing in front of the bakery.Overall, being this bakery close to my home, I don’t visit it. There are more bakeries which have pretty much same rate compare to Rose bakery and the taste wise, others are better.
I don’t know whether this bakery makes profit or not cuz everytime when I pass by it’s totally empty. Being the oldest bakery heard a lot about it but it’s quality of food is very very low compared to other nearby small bakeries. If u want to have the worst pizza do visit this place. The only good thing about the bakery is it’s a very good landmark to explain someone an address 🙂
Ambience : 1.5/5Food: 2/5Service: 1.5/5Value For Money: 3/5 Overall Satisfaction: 2/5A pale shadow of the good old times when this was a smaller bakery & served the best bakery items in the old city, this is now expanded in size but the quality of the items has decreased a lot.Still visited by old timers for the coconut macroons though, cakes are very very very average.Staff is not that friendly, not all items are available, but the prices are on the lower side.Will rate the place a 2 on 5 & may re visit when I am in mood to eat coconut macaroons or when I need to get bread powder near my home.
