Takes them way too long (average preparation-time is 45-mins to 60-mins) to prepare the order,The delivery valets I’ve spoken with complain that they have had to wait for so long at the venue, then it takes them another 15-20 mins to ride depending on traffic (not his fault)Food is homely however, on numerous occasions have specifically provided instructions — NO Spicy, NO Chillis, yet the food (dal, sabji) contains significant amount of chillis.
